Job Purpose:
This is a multi-skilled role responsible for leading a team of 4-6 developers to design, implement, test, and support enterprise applications. The role requires strong full-stack development expertise, primarily in .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React / Angular), along with SQL.
Additional exposure to ETL, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, and Azure App Services is desirable.
As a Technical Lead, you will balance hands-on development with strategic leadership responsibilities. Approximately 50-60% of your time will be dedicated to hands-on engineering, with the remainder focused on leadership, team management, and delivery ownership.
