Reporting to the Project Manager, the Technical Lead plays a pivotal role in executing the Pape SOE Project. With over a decade of engineering experience in heavy civil and infrastructure projects, you'll collaborate with designers and subcontractors, ensuring all technical aspects are flawlessly integrated. Your leadership will guide a team of Technical Coordinators, fostering their growth while addressing technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as GIP’s technical authority on excavation systems
• Resolve technical issues, NCRs, and RFIs effectively
• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Technical Coordinators
• Manage technical submittals and ensure compliance with contracts
