Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to the CTO to drive technical planning, system architecture implementation, and engineering team management for the CEX platform.
- Oversee the R&D and delivery of core systems, including trading engines, matching engines, market data, wallets, risk control, clearing/settlement, and user account systems.
- Deconstruct technical roadmaps into actionable project plans and ensure high-quality, timely delivery by the engineering team.
- Manage daily engineering operations, including task allocation, technical reviews, code quality management, and team capacity building.
- Collaborate with product, operations, risk control, compliance, and security teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
