Job Description
An established financial institution is looking for a Technical Lead with strong Java development experience to join their regional development team. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and vendors to deliver workflow automation and process optimisation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and deploying BPM solutions for banking workflows – including account opening, compliance, loan origination, and customer onboarding processes.
Take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery – from understanding requirements and translating them into technical design, to coding, testing, and production deployment.
Work closely with business analysts and users to understand process flows and identify areas where BPM can improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
