Role Overview

The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in system integration, performance optimization, and providing technical direction, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with integral teams to deliver sustainable and efficient asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for Maximo and related CMMS solutions, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Lead system design, configuration, and customization to meet operational and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
