Job Description
Job Title: Technical Lead (C# and .Net) - Mandarin Speaker
Role Purpose
- Provide technical leadership in designing, maintaining, and evolving secure, scalable web applications and integrated solutions.
- Own technology decisions, architecture, technical risks, and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Guide internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality delivery and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
