ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and ensure delivery excellence.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams.
Drive project delivery, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
Implement best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
Participate in customer-facing discussions and solution design.
Ensure application quality, reliability, security, and scalability.
Support Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10 years of software development experience with leadership exposure.
