Job Description
Key Responsibilities : Tech Lead for AI/ML Team : Technical Leadership :
- Lead the AI/ML development lifecycle including problem framing, data collection, model building, evaluation, and deployment.
- Drive architectural decisions and best practices in AI/ML systems design.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and data scientists.
- Provide customer Demo for the in-house products. Project Delivery :
- Manage multiple ML projects, ensuring timely delivery, scalability, and quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions.
- Own and manage model performance, explainability, and drift monitoring in production. Collaboration :
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data engineers to integrate ML solutions into applications and services.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Innovation & R&D :
- Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and tools....
