Technical Head - Intermediate R&D (Hands-On Role)

We are building a fast, execution-driven R&D engine focused on API intermediates and specialty chemicals. Responsibilities · Develop API intermediates from basic and early-stage raw materials · Execute and optimize lab-scale reactions and scale-up to pilot and plant level · Deliver fast development cycles through structured experimentation (DoE) and disciplined weekly to monthly planning · Take ownership from route selection → lab development → pilot → commercialization · Improve yield, cost, and robustness of existing products through process optimization Build and train the R&D team over time Qualifications M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a related field 10–20 years of relevant industry experience in process development and scale-up Experience & Skills Demonstrated experience in the development of API intermediates from early-stage raw materials (not limited to final API stages) Proven track record of having personally developed and executed multiple intermediates Strong hands...
