Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multi-site fleet workshop operations Drive operational efficiency, profitability and SLA compliance Oversee preventative maintenance of trucks and trailers Manage budgets, costs and financial performance Develop new business opportunities and client relationships Ensure compliance with RTMS, ISO, OHSA and transport legislation Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
