Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Technical Field Operations (TFO) Technician to assist in the management of IT operations and application support at several local offices. This role is responsible for maintaining quality IT services across a regional officeswhich requires extensive (80%) travel.Our goal is to deliver excellent technical and non-technical support while providing an outstanding customer experience. As this role is part of the IT team, we are looking for candidates that are passionate about technology, highly skilled at providing amazing customer service, and that will thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
