Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to FM, Engineer, and Employer Hands‑on operations in specialization areas
- (M&E, ACMV, CFIMS/BMS, etc.)
- Inspect, supervise, and quality control of subcontractor works Troubleshoot and investigate faults/breakdowns
- Provide technical advice, solutions, and service recovery
- General computer competency
- Plumbing & Sanitary specialization: adjust/replace flush valve sensors, trace/clear leakages/chokes
- Double hatting of roles is allowed if no conflict of interest
- Diploma in Engineering/ Facilities Management or equivalent Engineering with 5 years’ experience in FM/ Estate Maintenance/ M&E/ ACMV/ CMMS/ BMS or equivalent
