Overview

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will perform microbiological analysis of food, water and pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analysis of food, water and pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with international standards
• Perform sampling on food and water at food-service establishments, etc
• Assist in developing and validating new test methodologies
• Prepare test reports and perform other related administrative work
• Maintain and upkeep test equipment and instruments to ensure compliance with laboratory quality management and safety guidelines
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/lab manager

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Food Science / Biomedical Science or its equivalent
