Job Description
Technical Executive (Building) - Project Development Responsibilities
- Review architectural submissions, building plans and BIM models to ensure designs meet regulatory and HDB requirements on safety, durability, maintainability, cost, accessibility, and constructability.
- Conduct technical reviews and manage updates of the HDB Architectural Guide Drawings, improving work standards and processes using BIM and related tools.
- Assist with material listing management to improve the quality of materials used in HDB projects.
- Support Project Directors, the HDB representatives, in projects under construction.
- Engage in architectural, structural, and M&E works and receive training on good construction practices, work procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform in‑process quality, site safety, and housekeeping checks on site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
