Job Description
- Evaluates bidding documents and comply with the pertinent files needed by the client.
- Checks lay-out plans to adhere with client requirements and specifications.
- Calculate hot water requirements and draft designs for hot water system.
- Coordinate with the operations department with the needed lay-out drawings and inclusions with the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with the Sales Agents regarding project details and scope of works per project.
- Drafts Request for Quotation and ensures correct technical detailing of equipment with prices.
- Requests prices to Purchasing and EA as needed per project and submit project details for supplier outsourcing.
- Drafts Request for BOM preparation and specify project descriptions as per requirement.
