Responsibilities
- 10% Conducts training in basic, common and core competencies in center-based, community-based and online training programs
- 10% Prepares session plan, progress/achievement charts, Learner’s Achievement Monitoring Report (LAMR), and trainee evaluation
- 10% Develop Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM)/devices
- 10% Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction
- 10% Prepares and administers test to evaluate instruction
- 10% Provides guidance and support to trainees
