QAQC of projects
Be experienced and proficient at:
Presenting to clients
Preparing client/project proposals
Negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees where possible
Overseeing recruitment of staff
Resolving staff issues
Technical / Project Delivery Have the capacity to be responsible for the technical content of submissions and to define process to achieve the required results.
Have the capacity to define design process and standardisation of documentation including calculations specifications reports.
Have the capacity to lead MEP on high profile projects.
