In your position at HHGC, you will guide the strategic direction of competitive gymnastics programs. This senior-level role requires a close collaboration with other coaches and leaders, managing events, and coaching gymnasts in skill development. A strong emphasis will be placed on communication with parents and ensuring a safe training environment for all athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee programming and planning for gymnastics
• Approve time sheets and plan events for coaches
• Coach dedicated gymnast groups with assessments

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field
• Certifications: NCCP Level 2 and Level 3
