Technical Development Manager for Core and Credits responsible for technical strategy, architecture, and long-term sustainability within the Core and Credits Business Area. The role shapes the technical future, ensuring a modern, scalable, and sustainable system architecture while supporting strategic and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Technical strategy and governance
  • Define and drive the technical roadmap together with the Core and Credit Business Area Manager and Product Area Managers
  • Ensure a future-proof, scalable, and cohesive system architecture in collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer
  • Establish technical guidelines, principles, and standards where not already covered by company-wide frameworks
  • Drive modernization initiatives and manage technical debt
