The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The resort has 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, outdoor pools and an indoor pool.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the smooth running of operations in the technical department.
• Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all technical and structural facilities.
• Planning and managing smaller maintenance and renovation projects.
• Creating maintenance and repair plans, as well as monitoring and adhering to them.
• Support for the annual budgeting of maintenance, repair and energy costs.
• Monitoring and adhering to approved maintenance and investment budgets.
• Creation and control of employee duty rosters (in agreement with the resort manager).
• Training of new employees.
