15+ years overall with proven experience leading large delivery teams of 20+ engineers as a services or vendor partner to Microsoft Product teams Demonstrated ability to operate within Microsoft vendor engagement models including familiarity with vendor governance, compliance, and invoicing processes Strong capability to lead and motivate geographically distributed teams in India while collaborating closely with US time zone customer stakeholders Active Microsoft V- & BGC clearance Technical & Delivery Expertise Strong up-to-date understanding of modern technology delivery including: Microsoft Azure: deep knowledge of core services, architecture patterns, and cloud delivery best practices • Azure Dev Ops: hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, work item tracking, dashboards, and delivery reporting AI technologie...
