We are looking to appoint an experienced Parts Interpreter to our skilled Noble Park team.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and solutions beyond just spare parts enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
Provide accurate information on spare parts availability, pricing, and lead times.
