Job Description
Become a key player at RSM as a Technical Consultant focusing on ServiceNow solutions. This role engages in hands-on configuration and optimization to enhance IT service management processes.
You will analyze various business requirements and design scalable solutions on ServiceNow. If you possess a strong background with at least 3 years dedicated to the platform and experience in a professional services environment, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design and document improvements in client processes
ā¢ Create user stories and process flows for solutions
ā¢ Identify gaps in service management and propose solutions
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementations
ā¢ Document and communicate solutions clearly to teams
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Computer Science or similar
ā¢ ITIL 4 Foundation Certification required
ā¢ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator necessary
ā¢ 2-4 years of experience in IT consulting
