About the Role
Clover Business Services is a boutique ERP and AI consultancy delivering Oracle NetSuite implementations and AI-powered automation for mid-market F&B, retail, and other clients. We are looking for a Technical Consultant who can bridge deep technical problem-solving with clear, confident communication across both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role combines hands-on diagnostic work, solution design, and client-facing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose the root cause of issues in programs, scripts, and integrations, and explain the underlying logic in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and propose new ways of working that are efficient and cost-effective for customers — evaluating multiple tools and approaches rather than defaulting to a single solution, always in service of the customer's end goal.
