Job Description
Toromont Reman is looking for a Technical Communicator to join our team in Bradford. The Technical Communicator will support Heavy Equipment Technicians and product support staff with expertise on our Caterpillar Product Line.

Full Time, Permanent
Compensation
$69,520 - $86,900
The base salary is one component of our reward package; performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Toromont Cat service operations (after-sales service, shop, rental, sales, parts, branches & customers)
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the service departments and Caterpillar
- Review product problems, propose solutions, conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and produce reports
