Up to $ + Profit Sharing • Duluth, MN Area • Exclusive 1st Shift
EDUCATION CORE: 2-Year Technical Diploma or Associate’s Degree in CNC Machining or Machine Tool Technology is a strict requirement. EXPERIENCE DEPTH: Proven technical mastery of independent tool/fixture setups, controller-level G&M code editing, and unproven program optimization. MACHINERY DEPTH: High-level operation of large-scale milling centers and complex multi-axis machine tools (5-axis or live-tool turning familiarity is a strong plus). WORK SCHEDULE: 1st Shift Exclusive | Monday through Friday schedule with flexible daytime start windows available (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM). EARNING POTENTIAL: Up to $ per hour baseline starting rate (scaling directly with machining depth) + premium overtime eligibility + corporate profit sharing.
