Participate in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements ensuring all decisions, requirements, and testing needs are properly captured. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams across the bank as well as external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions. Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user stories. Create business and technical documentation. Participate in and lead working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Support the scrum team in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiatives. Support the QAT team. Develop subject‑matter expert knowledge in the business and systems domain. Work with other IT teams to gain alignment and solve shared problems. Monitor post‑impleme...
