Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner (Banking)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product direction, roadmap, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals into well‑defined features, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Conduct business analysis activities including stakeholder workshops, process reviews, requirement gathering, and documentation of business and system needs.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, UX/UI designers, QA, and other delivery partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Support Agile delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives while ensuring priorities are clearly understood.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine customer journeys, workflows, wireframes, and user experiences.
