Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements. Analyse and challenge business requirements to ensure robust, scalable solutions. Produce high-quality functional specifications, user stories and technical documentation. Perform data mapping and integration analysis using tools such as Postman and SOAPUI. Validate integration endpoints and technical designs. Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout Agile sprints. Conduct functional testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Support deployment activities, release management and production readiness. Investigate, triage and manage defects through to resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with business and client stakeholders.
