Position Summary
Based in Madrid, Spain, the Technical Author plays a key role ensuring the delivery of aircraft manuals and high-quality technical documentation. They author and illustrate materials such as the Outfitting Maintenance Manual (OMM), Cabin Crew Manual (CCM), and safety cards, describe component operations, testing, disassembly and assembly procedures, perform checker functions, and manage the full development cycle of technical documents.
What you will do
- Ensure the delivery of aircraft manuals and technical documentation through authoring and/or illustrations related to the OMM, CCM, and safety cards.
- Describe the operation of components, testing, disassembly and assembly procedures using installation and assembly drawings, test schedules, and other Jet Aviation specifications.
