Qualification- B Tech / BE Chemical Engineering from Tier 1 Institute + MBA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the MD in strategizing, executing, overseeing and coordinating technical and operational initiatives/activities related to all aspects of the organization.
- Assist the MD to ensure the cost effectiveness in technical projects, timely delivery and in resource allocation.
- Drive process engineering and operational excellence initiatives through cross-functional coordination, KPI monitoring, and decision support.
- Compile, summarize and analyze data for technical meetings, monthly MIS and board meetings.
- Keep up with emerging pharmaceutical technologies, industry regulations, and best practices, and share key insights with the MD.
