Technical Artist Support

As a Technical Artist Support, you will help assigned departments to solve basic technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Fix issues in the assigned scenes.
• Assist artists in solving simple bugs.
• Review pending tickets.
• Help artists when issues arise in day‑to‑day processes such as creating work scenes, publishing work, preparing renders for dailies, etc.
• Test libraries such as Houdini's HDAs and prototypes.
• Update basic documentation and review technical documentation related to the workflows and tools of the department.
• Manage asset assemblies and updates.
• Attend technical meetings as requested to stay trained and updated on new studio/department tools, pipelines, workflows, etc.
• Keep up on current artistic methodologies and technology trends that best suit the production and the company.
