Responsibilities
- The Technical Architect is a specialized individual contributor responsible for owning the technical integration workstream for our Enterprise customers
- You are the expert who ensures the Gong platform is seamlessly integrated into complex enterprise technical ecosystems, translating functional goals into reliable, high-performing technical solutions
- You will work closely with the Engagement Manager and Consultant to lead technical discovery, design, testing, and deployment. This role is focused on architecting and implementing solutions using the Gong API framework, supporting complex CRM configurations, and guiding customers through technical governance and security requirements to achieve mission-critical outcomes
