About the Role
The Technical Architect is a senior technical expert responsible for designing scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and CRM. The role serves as a key reference for technical strategy, mentoring team members, guiding implementation decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Hybrid work environment for employees located near our Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile offices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and define technical architecture and solution approach across Salesforce platforms (MC, MC Personalization, DC, CRM).
- Review and validate solution designs from Technical Developers and Senior Technical Developers.
- Lead client discovery sessions to uncover requirements, clarify business needs, and translate findings into actionable technical direction and architectural recommendations.
