Job Description
Design Development & Technical Documentation
- Prepare detailed ID drawings layouts sections elevations joinery details and material specifications.
- Translate design intent into accurate buildable technical drawings and tender packages.
- Review and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings to ensure seamless integration of ID elements.
- Develop finishes schedules material boards and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture .
- 510 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Suite ; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
