Technical Applications Scientist – Dubai (META+ Region). The role delivers expert‑level technical guidance and after‑sales support for Illumina’s complete product portfolio, including Library Preparation, Sequencing Instruments, Analysis Software and Microarray technologies. Acting as a key customer‑facing expert, the successful candidate collaborates closely with customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions quickly and accurately.
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints professionally, efficiently and conclusively.
• Assist customers with design and interpretation of Microarray and Next‑Generation sequencing experiments.
