Technical Analyst – Licensing Advisor

Responsibilities

• Own and execute recurring client licensing audits including monthly billable user reviews, M365 tenant audits, and invoice validation to ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies before invoicing and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage Accurate’s CSP portfolio, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and legacy subscriptions; process orders, track usage, and reconcile records month over month.
• Process all licensing add, remove, and change requests including user onboarding and offboarding, license reallocation, and shared mailbox conversions accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Manage the full renewal lifecycle for software and hardware licenses, including Adobe, Foxit, Bluebeam, Fortinet, and Meraki.
• Actively identify opportunities for licensing upgrades, rightsizing, and cost optimization across client environments.
