Job Description
The Technical Analyst – IT Applications (Banner)
is responsible for the design, development, integration, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Ellucian Banner Student Information System (SIS). The role supports HCT's digital transformation initiatives by developing secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions, integrating business‑critical systems, automating business processes, and ensuring optimal application performance and availability.
The Technical Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technology partners to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance institutional efficiency and improve user experience.
