Co‑op/Intern position in BMO's Technology group focused on business analysis and operational optimization.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services, and inform business decisions.
- Define business requirements to inform technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Source business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results and assess the efficiency and performance of technology to deliver expected business results.
- Identify and analyze malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoot issues raised by business.
