Blueways Water Solutions is a growing water treatment company based in Guwahati, with 10 years of execution across Northeast India — STP, ETP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and O&M. We've built a strong project pipeline. The gap we're filling is conversion ownership: someone who can run a client interaction end-to-end, from first site visit to signed proposal, without the founder in the room. KRA - -Generates and qualifies new leads from builders, architects, consultants, industries, hotels, hospitals, government departments, and PCB-regulated industries. -Makes outbound calls and schedules client meetings and site visits. -Conducts site inspections, understands client requirements, and gathers technical information for proposal preparation. -Coordinates with the design and technical team to ensure accurate and timely techno-commercial proposals. -Follows up on every submitted proposal through calls, meetings, and technical discussions until the client makes a decision. -Maintains an upda...
