Job Description
Service Operationalization Lead
Responsible for managing the service capability delivery – implementation and roll out of new or enhanced core telco services and associated operational support processes; supporting the B2B Business Group to operationalize the new or enhanced services on different Globe network platforms: enterprise data, broadband, wireless.
The scope of Service Operationalization Lead includes the following:
- Bridging the different technical domains to create end-to-end support structure
- Crafting process maps that link business and technical scope
- Ratifying technical PPMs
- Enabling technical support teams with guidelines and enablement programs to deliver and provide support seamlessly: Technical Presales, Service Design and Engineering, Service Provisioning, Service Fulfillment, Aftersales Support, Service Assurance
