Job Description
Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Head of Technology Risk & Governance for a 6–12 month contract in Singapore. You will lead technology risk, governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a banking environment, strengthening the risk framework and ensuring a strong control posture.
You will oversee risk assessments, KRIs, and reporting, while partnering with technology and business stakeholders to embed risk and security throughout delivery lifecycles.
