Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molds and tooling.
Troubleshoot mold and tooling issues to minimize production downtime.
Repair, modify, and refurbish existing molds, dies, and fixtures.
Conduct mold tear-down, cleaning, inspection, and assembly activities.
Operate tool room equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, EDM machines, and precision measuring instruments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and CAD models.
Fabricate replacement components as required to support production.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve tooling-related issues.
Support mold qualification, validation, and engineering change activities.
