Proven experience in a technical leadership role
Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2, both written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of solution architecture design and experience in architectural development projects
Solid experience in demand management and prioritization
At least 2+ years of experience in data/software engineering
Technical Expertise
Experience building Big Data applications, including Spark SQL, Spark Structured Streaming, Kafka Streams, Kafka, Databricks, Cloudera, AWS
Strong knowledge of SQL databases
Proficiency in Java programming
