Responsibilities

• Cross-Workstream Technical Ownership: You are the connective tissue between every workstream you own.
• Delivery & Execution Ownership: You take high-level architectural and design direction and translate it into detailed, executable technical tasks.
• Engineering Rigor & Quality: You bring order regardless of how many workstreams you’re juggling.
• Proactive Risk Management: You identify dependencies, scope creep, and technical debt before they become blockers.
• Real-Time Problem Solving: You’re comfortable being put on the spot in client calls, stand‑ups, or Slack threads.
• Communication & Alignment: You translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Partnership: You work directly with Client Stakeholders and internal APPLY teams.
