Job Description
Watu Credit is seeking a Tech Lead for Onboarding Engineering to own architecture and drive quality across onboarding flows, KYC resolution, and loan disbursement in a data‑driven fintech platform.
You will lead 4–6 engineers, review code, govern external partners, and partner with Product Owner to plan sprints while ensuring scalable, secure integrations and market‑ready releases for international markets.
