- Actively contribute to development, especially in critical and complex features. Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate user needs into effective technical solutions, promoting a user‑centric approach and contributing to product ideation and evolution.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the team’s deliverables. Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Lead system design efforts by defining a sustainable architecture aligned with long‑term product and business needs.
