Tech Lead

We are seeking a Tech Lead to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Tech Lead at Marsh, you will collaborate closely with architects, developers, and operational staff to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business goals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation, leading developer groups focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions primarily using the MEAN/MERN stack.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and mentor developer groups, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
  • Act as a hands-on contributor for approximately 80% of the time, driving development efforts in MEAN/MERN stack applications.
