Job Description:
  • We are looking for a process-driven Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Tech Impact Awards (TIA) program, a critical, high-visibility recognition initiative that celebrates our organization's most impactful technical achievements.

  • This role manages the entire annual awards lifecycle, which requires data integrations, high-volume communications, and seamless cross-functional coordination. You will be the central operational hub for the program, balancing consistency with the company-wide TIA program while scaling client’s unique hybrid evaluation model.
