Job Summary:
The Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer role is responsible for performing comprehensive echocardiography studies with a focus on high-quality image acquisition and accurate strain imaging. The position supports diagnostic testing workflows, including TEE and stress echo procedures, while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

The Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer role is responsible for performing comprehensive echocardiography studies with a focus on high-quality image acquisition and accurate strain imaging. The position supports diagnostic testing workflows, including TEE and stress echo procedures, while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform transthoracic and advanced echocardiography studies, including 3D strain image acquisition and enhancement.
- Conduct TEE and stress echo examinations in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures and ensure comfort, positioning, and readiness.
- Optimize ultrasound settings to obtain diagnostic-quality images and documentation.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment cleanliness, readiness, and proper workflow organization.
- Complete required compliance and onboarding modules within defined deadlines.
